- Payment information — processed entirely by Razorpay. We do not store any card numbers, bank account details, or UPI IDs on our servers.
- Order details — the product variant purchased and the transaction amount.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To fulfil your order and send the download link to your email.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, re-delivery if you request it).
- To send you occasional offers or updates about new products — you may opt out at any time by emailing us.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our store:
- Razorpay — payment processing. Your payment data is governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — we may use Meta Pixel to measure advertising effectiveness. This uses cookies; you can opt out via your browser or Meta's ad settings.
- Google Analytics 4 — we may use GA4 to understand how visitors use our website. Data is anonymised.
- Hostinger / email provider — transactional emails are sent via an SMTP service. Your email address is shared solely for delivery purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

Order information (email, phone, order ID) is stored securely on our server. We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our server. Access to this data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

We retain your order records for a minimum of 3 years as required for accounting and tax purposes under Indian law. You may request deletion of marketing-related data by contacting us; we will retain the minimum necessary for legal compliance.
